We strive to return all garments in the 3-day turnaround, however at times, a garment needs a little extra care, a second treatment to remove a stain and household items always need more time. Please indicate AHEAD OF TIME if you ABSOLUTELY need an item returned within the 3 days. (email, text, or note in your bag, that we acknowledge!) We never want to disappoint, but make decisions based on what is best for your items and how quickly we are able to provide a quality service. It is always our number one priority!
